Imagine Choosing Your Own Path to Wellness
One of the most important lessons I have learned on my journey is, believe in yourself and believe in the power of your beautiful miraculous body. With all the information we now have at our finger tips their are others we can learn from. You will find what resonates with you and what doesn’t, and you will find you have a new found radar system, gut instinct, that will protect you from undue harm and misinformation. You will take two or three or maybe four steps forward, and then a few steps back, then forward, then back again and forward, with knowledge and confidence gained knowing as long as you keep moving, you will find your answers. Taking full responsibility for the lives we live takes courage and can be a very lonely path but to finand really believe in the healing potential of your body while releasing unhealthy situations and people that no longer serve.
This is a journey about Mindful Nutrition– what we need for our physical Bodies i.e.: food, sleep, movement, what we need for our Brains/Mind i.e. food, sleep, movement, understanding the power of thought and living a life of gratitude and awareness and desire. Spirituality, i.e. moving in a direction of transformation, conscious thought, fine tuning imagination and manifesting our desires. Striving for this place where we understand that we and our environment cannot be regarded as existing separately for we and our world are one. Find what works for us while experimenting, educating and utilizing help from other wellness pioneers to live the best life we imagine!
